At Comfootly, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, please contact us at contact@comfootly.store. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Final sale items
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
